Also, if you have hard water, it's very hard to keep the glass clean of deposits. I love the look and function, but the frustration is not worth it. Now I have to buy two new faucets, as I won't replace the one because of the problems. Also, it does not come with a popup for the drain, which wasn't a problem for me since I never close the drain, but for some, it would be. As much as I love the look of this faucet, and hate to get something else, I have no choice. However the "extra long" hoses that are included with the installation kit were too short. The lack of installation instructions also added to the frustration of completing the install. I had to order additional hoses to complete the install. I hope the function makes the installation hassles worth it, but will have to wait. I bought 2 and everybody envys me and asks where to buy it. And it was very little money as well. BUT: It's glass, so you have to be aware of dealing with calcium stains.
