Figured out it had something stuck in the spout was easily fixed. Sounds quiet now. It is a bit taller than it looks in the picture. Used it to replace a "dish" waterfall facet with fish bowl sink. This review is from: Pegasus 67110-7096H Traditional Vessel Faucet, Heritage Bronze (Tools & Home Improvement) I bought two of these faucets for my bathroom to go with our copper vessel sinks. They look wonderful and work great. The only problems we had with them are that we had to hang out mirrors a little higher than we wanted to in order to turn the faucet all the way on. Also, the pipe for the drain that comes with the faucet was a little large for the sink bowls and we had to do some adjusting there. Otherwise they are beautiful faucets and we haven't had a problem with them yet.
