One of them was defective on arrival. Another one stopped working after two months. The finish is beautiful, nickel plated I believe like industry standards.The auto function works perfect, though you have to get pretty close before the water turns on, and it turns off immediately when you pull your hands away. I really like that there is no override controls, only a hot or cold lever. I also really love that if you shut off the hot water and use only cold, the lever will not totally shut off the cold water. If you put the lever all the way to hot, and the hot water is off, still some cold water comes out. Exactly what I needed. Installation hardware can be easier, but I will not complain about it. I needed this for my mother that has Alzheimer. She would turn on the water and leave it on all day. This worked out great. When I go there I can see the sink is wet, so she knows how to use it. I also cannot give her hot water, because she will drink it and get heavy metal poisoning. So I...
