Couldn't be more happier with my purchase. I went to an asian dealer that claimed to have been giving me substantial discounts. The price not only doubled the price here, the quality definitely sucks. I have to return their product in less than 6 months because of leaking issues.Although I haven't had this product installed long enough to assess the quality, I can definitely vouch for the customer service of the seller. The hose that came with the package does not fit my sink pipes. After contacting the seller via email, they do not only send me 1 connector pipe, they actually sent me 2 diffferent sizes to ensure that if I gave them wrong specs, I do not have to wait to contact them again before I can enjoy the product.
